Hi, I'm Hannah Garrison, founder of HGFITNESS - a Personal Trainer certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, specializing in corrective exercise, nutrition, and body recomp - but most importantly, your personal health and wellness advocate.
For nearly a decade, I’ve worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels to help them feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their own skin.
Most recently, I worked at a cutting-edge wellness facility where I developed a deep passion for combining science-backed nutrition with personalized fitness routines. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful a consistent, custom approach can be.
